Part-time study at Faith College International provides a wonderful opportunity for those who are unable to attend full-time or who are interested in taking some of the new courses the College has to offer. In general, the part-time study program is open to mature students who are serious about growing in their knowledge of God. Any course in either the first or second year of study is potentially open to part-time students. However, the College Director must approve each applicant and the course(s) they have selected. Please contact the Faith College office for an information package listing all courses available for part-time study in the current school year, along with tuition amounts, textbook fees, and other information.

Course Information

Part-time applicants will receive a copy of the current calendar listing all courses in both first and second year. This will enable a student to select courses that work with their personal schedule. (The final version of the calendar is not available until the beginning of the school year. However, a sample calendar from a previous school year will be made available.)

Classes are generally held at the same times each week. However, dates and times are subject to change. Part-time students should be aware that classes may be taught at different times than originally scheduled. Either the class president or College secretary will contact part-time students when changes are made to the calendar. Notes can be copied from fellow students if a part-time student is unable to attend a rescheduled class. A current calendar, outlining all changes, will be kept on the notice board outside the Faith College office. Please consult this whenever you come for a class. Exam dates will also be posted on the notice board.

College Standards

Each part-time student must abide by the standards of the College as outlined in the Faith College Student Manual. Every student wishing to be enrolled for any course must read & sign a student commitment form. A copy of the Student Manual will also be made available

Part Time Tuition, Fees and Payments

There is an annual Application Fee of $25.00 for every part time student. Tuition costs for courses are set at either $60 or $120, depending on the length of the course. Textbooks are required for certain courses.

Alumni who are taking courses that were not offered when they attended FCI receive a $10 discount off of any new course they choose. Students are generally expected to pay for the course(s) they wish to take in advance; however, exceptions will be made if this is not possible for a student. A part-time student should arrange to meet with the College Administrator if an alternate payment plan is required.

Applications must be approved before part-time students can attend classes. Please allow 15 days for your application to be processed.
